Today, we began indoor planting of seeds. In the first plastic flat, we started two rows of Sweet Basil, one row of Twilight Hybrid Eggplant, and one row of Scotch Bonnet Orange Peppers.
Most of the garden seeds have been purchased. Still need to order or purchase these seeds/sets: potatoes, banana peppers. We have decided the following will be purchased as plants: tomatoes, bell peppers, rosemary, celery, and sweet potatoes (if not available, then these will be from slips).
This weekend, the plan is to set up the greenhouse proper (including our new heated mats!), start the white button mushroom kit, and *if* Cole’s impatiens seeds arrive, plant two full plastic flats of them.
